How do I return an item?
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receipt via Returnista.
1. Enter your order number and email address. |
2. Select the items you want to return, the quantity, and the reason for the return. |
3. The return label will be sent to your email. Print it out and attach it to the package. |
4. Drop off the package at a DHL point. |
Enter your order number and email address on the return page of Returnista - this link was also send to you in the order comfirmation email. You will now enter your own environment to return your items. Here you will see the items you ordered, which you can check to return. Next, select the reason for the return.
After completing all steps, a return label will be generated for the items you want to return, and you will receive this in your email. Print the return label and attach it to the package. Bring your package to the nearest drop-off point.
Should the return of the items fail, we would like to ask you to contact Returnista or ZRS customer service before returning the package.
How can I exchange an item?
At ZRS, it's possible to exchange items. You can easily arrange this within 30 days of receipt through Returnista.
Enter your order number and email address on the return page of Returnista - this link was also send to you in the order comfirmation email. You will now enter your own environment to return your items.
Select the product you want to exchange and choose the option ‘Receive the correct size’. Select the size you would like to receive and then click on ‘Select’. The shipment of a new product is free.
Repeat this process if you want to exchange more products. Once you're done, click on ‘Confirm’ at the bottom right. You will then be directed to the product overview. If everything is correct, confirm your selection.
After completing all steps, a return label will be generated for the items you want to exchange, and you will receive this in your email. Print the return label and attach it to the package. Bring your package to the nearest drop-off point.
RETURNS
ZRS guarantees a refund for all returned items, provided that the items are returned in their original condition. This means that the items are returned as original and original as possible and, as far as possible, all labels or tags are still attached. Should you have returned a worn product, we may charge you for this.
Money back: we will refund the purchase price of one or more returned items as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after cancellation. We will notify you by e-mail that we have made the return payment by sending you a credit note. The amount will be refunded via the same payment option you used to pay for your purchase.
Have you received my returned items?
You will receive a confirmation by email once your return is being processed. When you make use of our return service via Returnista, this will most likely be the case within a week. However, if you send your package via a private courier, it can take up to two untill three weeks.
I have received an incorrect or damaged item
No matter how hard we try to prevent this, it may happen that you receive an incorrect or damaged item. If this is the case, we are truly sorry. Please contact our customer service so we can provide a suitable solution.
